Online CPD

We offer a range of online activities including; RAD online courses available within a set period of time; MTG online courses which can be completed at your own pace; webinars which broadcast live at designated times and are recorded for you to watch at your leisure; and interactive webinars which include a presentation with a question and answer session, as well as breakout rooms where you have the opportunity to discuss your teaching experiences with fellow teachers around the world.

RAD Online Courses

These courses are run on Moodle (our Virtual Learning Environment), and can be accessed for a set period of time. The course materials are available within this period, and you can make your way through the resources at your own pace. To successfully complete each course, it is required that you submit at least one forum post, of no less than 300 words, before the stated submission date. These courses range from 4 hours to 16 hours Time-Valued CPD.

Online courses in the 2024/25 CPD year will be announced in the coming months.

MTG Online Courses

MTG is the leading UK provider of accredited statutory training courses for all sectors, including health and social care, education, and charitable organisations. For these online courses, you can make your way through the resources at your own pace, in your own time. Bookings are processed manually, so it will take one to two working days after a booking has been made for you to receive access to your course. Once your booking has been processed, you will receive a welcome email from LearnPac, which will provide you with the information you need to start the course. These courses range from 1 hour to 4 hours Time-Valued CPD.

Live webinars

Live webinars last 1–2 hours and the presentations are recorded. You must purchase the webinar before the live broadcast in order to access the webinar recording. Live RAD webinars carry 1–2 hours Time-Valued CPD.

Interactive webinars

Interactive webinars include a presentation with a question and answer session, as well as breakout rooms where you have the opportunity to discuss your teaching experiences with fellow teachers around the world. Interactive webinars are not recorded for later access. Interactive webinars carry 2–3 hours Time-Valued CPD. Live stream activities

Attend live stream activities from anywhere you are and join teachers from across the world. You will need a small space for the practical elements, and throughout the session, you will have the opportunity to discuss and share ideas.
