Day of Dance

Day of Dance takes place in partnership with professional dance organisations and is a wonderful experience for your school group to dance at a prestigious venue. Your students will also meet likeminded dancers from other schools on our programme. This year we are delighted to be partnering with Rambert School and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Information for the Rambert School and Trinity Laban Day of Dance dates:

Each school group will get the opportunity to take part in a contemporary workshop, observe a professional dance class and share the choreography they have been working on in Step into Dance sessions. This will be followed by some guided feedback and a Q&A session with professional artists. Day of Dance forms part of the selection process for Step Live and is only open to groups on the Step into Dance programme. Participation is included in the costs for schools on our 20, 33, 49.5 and 66 hour packages.

AM slot: 09:45am-13:00pm
PM slot: 13:15-16:30pm

We anticipate Day of Dance will be very popular so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Step into Dance is a Royal Academy of Dance programme in partnership with the Jack Petchey Foundation, an organisation that empowers young people and widens their opportunities through grant giving and achievement recognition.
